The first EUBC event of the year the European Confederation U22 Boxing Championships will be starting in Vladikavkaz, Russia with its first competition day on March 8. High number of top boxers and future stars registered to attend in the European Confederation U22 Boxing Championships in Vladikavkaz where the event will be held for both genders.

History of the event

The first edition of the EUBC European Confederation U22 Boxing Championships was held in Kaliningrad, Russia in 2012 short after the London Olympic Games. Following five years of break the competition for the U22 boxers returned and the second edition was held in Braila, Romania two years ago. The last 2018 edition was held in another Romanian city in Targu Jiu one year ago and among the titleholders many of them will be coming back to Vladikavkaz.
