AIBA lifts its suspension on the Danish Boxing Association

The International Boxing Association (AIBA) is very pleased to announce that the AIBA Executive Committee has decided to lift current provisional suspension on the Danish Boxing Association with immediate effect. This decision was made during the AIBA EC meeting held in Istanbul, Turkey on July 15–18.
“AIBA Executive Committee reviewed your letter of commitment not to hold any event with head guards for all Elite Men Competitions in your country and decided to lift current provisional suspension with immediate effect,” – says the letter of the AIBA Executive Director Mr. Ho Kim to the President of the Danish Boxing Association Mr Benny Joergensenof.
