The European Women’s Boxing has got finally its new rulers. The Finals Bouts of the 2014 edition  of the 2014 EUBC Euro Women’s Boxing Championships took place today inside  the Polyvalent Arena of Bucharest, which was crowded with spectators who enjoyed the performance of the 20 boxers who fought for the gold medals

Dorota Steluta (ROU) beat (3-0) the bulgarian Boxer Sevda Asenova and got the gold medal in the 48 Kg Weight Category.

The final 54 Kg was a fight between Ewelina Wicherska (POL) and Marzia Davide (ITA-Best boxer of the Competition). Davide won by point (3-0) and conquered the gold of this weight category.

Stoyka Petrova (BUL) is the new 51 Kg European gold medal, winning by WO the Final Match against Saiana Sagataeva (RUS).

The First place in the 57 Weight Category was a challenge between Svetlana Staneva (BUL) and Zinaida Dobrynina (RUS). The russian boxer got in the top step of the podium defeating (3-0) her opponent.

Katie Taylor (IRL) got her 6° European Title in row, beating in the 60 Kg final (3-0) the french athlete Estelle Mossely.

Natasha Jonas (ENG) and Anastasia Beliakova (RUS) competed  for the 64 Kg gold medal. Beliakova won the contest (3-0) earning the gold medal.

The gold medal of 69 Kg was decided in a bout between Stacey Copeland (ENG) and Elena Vystropova (AZE). Vystropova won the gold medal, beating 3-0 the english Athelete

Sarah Scheurich (GER) and Mireille Nouchka Fontijn (NED) fought for the 75 Kg Title, which was gained by the dutch boxer (3-0)

Marilena Radu (ROU) and Liliya Durnyeva (UKR) got on the ring tomorrow for the Final match of 81 Kg. Durnyeva ensured (W 3-0) the first gold medal of the tournament for the Ukranian team

The +81 Kg first step of the podium was contended by Flavia Severin (ITA) and Maria Kovacs (HUN). Kovacs took the gold winning by point (3-0) against the Italian Boxer
