EUBC Euro Junior Boxing Champs Anapa 2013

After 174 Bouts and 7 Days of Competition The Old Continent have got the new Masters of the Junior Boxing Categories. Today the 13 Finals of the 2013 EUBC European Junior Boxing Champs took place inside the Sports Complex Lok Vitayz in Anapa, which held the this edition of the competition. Russia team dominated the Tournament, thanks to 6 Gold medals out of 13 got by its Boxers.

In the 46 Kg Final Magomedbekov (RUS) defated Huseynov (AZE), giving to Russia the first European gold medal.

Asatryan (ARM) conquered the winner’s spot in the 48 Kg, having got the better of Asevov (RUS) in the 48 Kg Final.

The bulgarian Boxer Asenov became the Euro Junior Champ for the 50 Kg, due to his victory in the final against Cleary (IRL).

The second gold meda for the Home country it was thank to Khangishiev (RUS), who beat Aliyev (AZE) in the 52 Kg Final Match.

The 54 Kg Final was a clash between Ireland and England. The english side was the winning one, thanks to Garner who prevailed over STokes (IRL).

Dzhovbatyrov (RUS) won the 57 Kg Final bout against Bucsa (MDA), catching the Third gold Medal for Russian Team.

The Light Weights Final was a contest between Abbasov, from Russia, and Tugui, from Moldavia. The Moldavian Fighter was the winner, giving a Historical Gold Medal to his country.

Joyce gained the first and only gold medal for Ireland, beating in the 63 Final Aslanov (RUS).

The 66 Last Bout was won by Kharabadze (GEO), who defeated Grekul (UKR).

Kharchenko (RUS), winning the 70 Kg Final against Taverdili (AZE), gave the Poker of Euro Gold Medals to Russia.

France got a gold medal due to Toutin’s Victory in the 75 Kg Final against Tlashadze (GEO) due to WO.

Maruktin (RUS) got the fifth Russian Gold Medal, winning the 80 Kg final versus Riley (ENG)

The last gold Medal for Russia was taken by Rasulov, who defeated Gavrilyuk (UKR) in the +80 Kg Final Match.
