Mr David Byron Francis was recently elected President of Welsh Boxing.

Following the Congrats Statement of EUBC President Franco Falcinelli:

“Dear President Francis, I have just learned the beautiful news that you have been newly elected to be President of the Welsh Boxing Association. This is a high acknowledgement to your many years and dedication in boxing management and I am sure that you will lead the Association under strong and able leadership. European boxing is based upon our National Federations and Association to work from a grassroots level, and I am certain that you will represent Wales with great success.”
