Mrs. Susanne Karrlander led the Technical Meeting of the 40th Tammer Tournament

The Technical Meeting of the 40th edition of the Tammer Tournament was held at the Hotel Scandic Hämeenpuisto in Tampere in the evening following the arrivals of the delegations. The key officials of the Tammer Tournament as Mrs. Susanne Karrlander, Ms. Anna Laukkanen and the President of the Tampere Boxing Association Mr. Aarno Laukkanen warmly welcomed all of the teams in the Technical Meeting.

The Pyynikkin Sports Hall will be the venue of Tammer Tournament again which is walking distance from the hotel. The following 16 nations will be attending in the Tammer Tournament: Belgium, Brazil, Denmark, England, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Saint Lucia, Sweden, Ukraine and Wales.

The Technical Delegate of the Tammer Tournament is Mrs. Susanne Karrlander of Sweden who led the meeting. Mrs. Karrlander informed all delegations and participants about the exact schedule of the Tammer Tournament, the age limits, the control scales, the official draw, the scoring system, the equipments, and other important issues and technical information of the event as well.

  • November 22, 10:30 – Official Draw
  • November 22, 15:00 – Day1 Quarter-finals in two sessions
  • November 23, 12:00 – Day2 Semi-finals in two sessions
  • November 24, 14:00 – Day3 Finals
  • November 25 – Departure of the delegations
