#Sofia14 EU Boxing Championships Final Day: Stand up for the NEW EU Champions
16 August 2014The Men’s 2014 European Union Amateur Boxing Championships closed today the curtain on its 8th edition. The 10 finals took place (starting Time 3 pm local time) inside the Sport Hall of Sofia, the Bulgarian Capital City.
Italy, Bulgaria get on the top spot of the Medal Standings thanks to 2 Gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze medals each. The 64 Kg Gold medal Vincenzo Mangiacapre has been awarded as Best Boxer of the competition
131 boxers and 38 coaches, representing 23 European Union Countries, took part part in the competition and gave life to an outstanding 8 days of great boxing.
