The 50th Golden Gong Tournament will be held in Skopje on November 11-14

The Golden Gong Tournament returns to the European boxing map after two years of break and will be held for the elite male boxers short after the AIBA Men’s Elite World Boxing Championships in Skopje, North Macedonia. The event is scheduled to be held in November 11-14 and all of the National Federations can register to the 50^th edition of the Golden Gong Tournament which is North Macedonia’s main international competition.

The anniversary 50^th edition of the Golden Gong Tournament will be held in the Boris Trajkovski Hall in Skopje. The team delegations will accommodate in the Hotel Continental Skopje during the international event.

The last 49^th edition of the Golden Gong Tournament was held in North Macedonia’s capital city in Skopje which was a three-day long competition in November 2019. North Macedonia’s biggest international tournament saw strong finals in Skopje where the bests were Kosovo’s Patriot Behrami, Albania’s Alban Beqiri and the local hero, Jasin Ljama in 2019.

The Technical Delegate of the 49^th Golden Gong Tournament was Mr. Dragoljub Radovic of Montenegro in 2019. The key local officials as the President of the National Boxing Federation of North Macedonia Mr. Primislav Dimovski, Mr. Dushko Sachkarski and Mr. Branko Ilievski all supported strongly the success of the 49^th Golden Gong Tournament in Skopje two years ago.

All of the participants must have a negative PCR test ot older than 72 hours upon arrival to North Macedonia. The safety of all participants, the continuous medical checks, the social distancing, the hygienic preparations, wearing masks and all of the health controls are the responsibility of the local organizers in Skopje avoid any new Covid-19 cases during the new edition of the Golden Gong Tournament.
