The European Shadowboxing Challenge is a great success all over the continent and to be continued until May 31
18 May 2020The European Shadowboxing Challenge was launched on May 11 and after one week of experiences the new project is a great success in the whole continent. The new European Shadowboxing Challenge became popular quickly in Ireland, in Belgium, in the Netherlands, in Russia, in Ukraine, in Belarus, in Greece, in Lithuania, in Finland, in Spain, in Hungary, and in many other European countries in the recent one week.
The participants of the Challenge can post their shadowboxing videos in their own social media pages in the Facebook or in the Instagram. The European Shadowboxing Challenge is able replace the inside gym activities during the Covid-19 pandemic and can inspire the whole European Boxing Family. EUBC President Mr. Franco Falcinelli and EUBC Vice-President Mr. Umar Kremlev of Russia also arranged their shadowboxing videos on the first week of the program.
The deadline of the European Shadowboxing Challenge is May 31 which is the response of the management of the European Boxing Confederation for the Covid-19 Coronavirus pandemic. The European Boxing Confederation (EUBC) and a professional jury will be decided the champions in three different categories after May 31: elite, youth and veteran shadow boxers.
The European Shadowboxing Challenge is a new kind of activity for the youth talents, elite boxers, veterans, fans, stakeholders, coaches and our former athletes. All of the solo competitors can make their 15-30-seconds of short videos in which they can combine all kind of their attacking and defensive techniques and punches during this European Shadowboxing Challenge.
These videos shall be uploaded to the Instagram or Facebook pages of the participants who must be add their videos with several hashtags and mark their countries: #EUBC #AIBA #NF #ShadowBoxingChallenge #ShadowBoxing #PunchChallenge #EUBCevent #EUBCchallenge.
The first Shadowboxing National Champion is EUBC European Boxing Championships bronze medallist and Rio 2016 Olympian Enrico La Cruz. The lightweight (63kg) boxer won the first Dutch Shadowboxing Championships at the weekend which was decided by a professional jury from the Dutch Boxing Federation.
