The upcoming Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament will be held in Ukraine in April 1-7
22 March 2021The Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament will be held in the city of Kherson, Ukraine in April 1-7 following the event has been re-scheduled from a later date. The organizer of the Group A international tournament is the Kherson Boxing Federation with the support of the Ukrainian Boxing Federation. The deadline for the final registrations by names and all travel details is March 22.

All of the National Federations can send maximum number of eight boxers to the Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament. The international event will be held in all of the eight male Olympic weight categories in Kherson. The organizers can provide accommodation and full board for 4 boxers, one coach and one referee and judge. Boxers and officials above this number, the participants must pay for their accommodation and meals.
The last 14th edition of the Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament was held Kherson, Ukraine in April 2019. Among the nine gold medals host Ukraine claimed six and the remaining three were taken by Algeria, Armenia and Moldova. Altogether 63 men elite boxers from 10 nations attended in the 14th edition of the Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament in Kherson two years ago.
The safety of all participants, the continuous medical checks, the social distancing, the hygienic preparations, wearing masks and all of the health controls are the responsibility of the local organizers in Ukraine to avoid any new Covid-19 cases during the Nikolay Manger Memorial Tournament.
