Katie Taylor EUBC European Union Women Elite Youth and Junior Boxing Champions 2013 Best Boxer

The Hungarian Boxers dominated the Medal Standing of the EUBC EU Women Elite-Youth-Junior Boxing Championships, held in Ksezthely in the last week.

The home Team got 19 medals among the 3 scheduled categories (6 gold, 2 silver and 11 Bronze), getting rid of the competitors. France is the runners up thanks to 5 Gold, 5 Bronze and 2 Bronze. The Irish Squad finished in third position with 5 gold, 3 silver and 7 bronze.

 

ELITE: The first position of this category was conquered by English athletes, who got 3 Gold and 1 Bronze. Hungary got the second place (2 gold and 1 bronze), while the Italian team (2 Gold) reached the third podium step.

Youth: The home boxers ruled over the rest of partecipants in the medal Standing of this category (4 Gold and 1 Bronze). Poland got the second place (2 gold, 1 silver, 2 bronze) while the third one was taken by Ireland (1 Gold, 1 Silver, 4 Bronze).

Junior: The French Junior Team smited the contenders thanks to 3 gold, 2 silver and 1 bronze. The Turkish Athletes  put thei national flag in the second place of the podium (3 Gold, 1 Silver an 3 Bronze). Third one was the Irish Team (3 Gold 2 Bronze).
