#WSBV Day 7 – USA Knockouts vs Puerto Rico Hurricanes Preview

A North American derby is one of the highlights of week seven in the World Series of Boxing (WSB) as Puerto Rico Hurricanes host neighbours USA Knockouts.
The American Franchise have been excellent so far in Season V, and sit second in Group B, while the Hurricanes have enjoyed a very respectable start to their WSB career.
Coliseíto Pedrín Zorrilla, San Juan is the venue for this Group B clash, where on Saturday 28th February fans across the world can watch the action free, live and on demand from 19:30 at AIBABoxingTV.com.
0-1 Puerto Rican Light flyweight (49 kg) Anthony Chacon Rivera makes his second appearance of the season in match number one against USA’s 1-2 Nico Hernandezwho won his last WSB match two weeks ago.
An intriguing Bantamweight (56 kg) battle follows between 0-1 home star Luis Ruiz and the undefeated 3-0 rookie sensation Francisco Martinez who is the number one ranked Bantamweight so far in the competition.
America’s Light welterweight (64 kg) Tyrek Irby has only been boxing for two years, but already he has amassed two straight wins in WSB and is number two ranked at his weight class.
This week he faces Puerto Rico’s 1-2 Jan Rivera who is coming off two successive away defeats.
Middleweight (75 kg) Jean Alicea was last seen being stopped in week one by Poland’s Tomasz Jablonski, and he returns to action for the Hurricanes against 1-2 American Anthony Campbell.
The last bout of the evening is a Heavyweight (91 kg) shootout between 0-1 Hurricane Gabriel Richards and 2-1 Knockout specialist Joshua Temple.
