Screenshot 2014-08-29 10.45.49EUBC is glad to inform all European National Boxing Federations and Boxing Fans that the 2014 European Confederation Youth Boxing Championships will be held in Zagreb this upcoming October 17th to October 26th 2014.

This event is an essential milestone for Youth boxers to showcase their potential as well as an opportunity to compete amongst their peers on an international level.

This invitation letter includes all pertinent information that you will need in reference to the European Youth Championships including registration and hotel information.

Competition Venue

• Name: Dom Sportova Zagreb Location : Trg K. Cosica 11, Zagreb

  1. Eligibility of Boxer and Weight Category
    1. Boxers who were born between January 1, 1996 – December 31, 1997 are eligible to participate (ages 17 – 18 yrs.)
    2. The Championships will be staged in 10 Weight Categories:
      46kg – 49kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, 81kg, 91kg, 91+kg.
  2. Number of Rounds – Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds.
  3. Scoring System – AIBA Scoring System – 10 Point Must-Scoring System will be used.
