AIBA Disciplinary Commission imposes an indefinite suspension on Mr Mustafa Kocinoglu from all boxing activity until the proceedings against him in Poland have concluded

The Disciplinary Commission of the International Boxing Association (AIBA) has issued a decision in the case regarding former Vice President and Treasurer of the Polish Boxing Association, Mr Mustafa Kocinoglu.
Following review of all submissions including those made on behalf of Mr. Kocinoglu, the Disciplinary Commission of AIBA has decided to impose an indefinite suspension on Mr. Kocinoglu from all boxing activity until such time as the proceedings against him in Poland have concluded. Once the legal proceedings are concluded, the Disciplinary Commission of AIBA shall be entitled to review matters in accordance with the rules and regulations of AIBA.
It should be noted that the charges against Mr. Kocinoglu are under the Statutes and regulations of AIBA as an International Sport governing body and not as a court of law.
